ALUTECH 2024 Bond Issuance Event
Successful $100 Million ALUTECH Bond Issue in LATINEX
Last Thursday, April 25, at the renowned hotel La Compañía, we attended an event to celebrate the success of ALUTECH's bond issue in Panama. The event was attended by investors, brokers from the most relevant brokerage firms in Panama, LATINEX directors, special guests and a representation of executives from EMCO Holding and ALUTECH, who traveled from Honduras to participate as speakers and hosts of this stock market meeting in a large room.
A bond issue that reached $100 million and whose success was due to 4 well-defined key factors:

First key: Panama's investment attractiveness
This was explained at the event by Christian Schneider, a specialist in financial markets in Central America at the IDB (Inter-American Development Bank), who gave a talk in which he highlighted Panama as a country where there are many opportunities for investors. There are challenges, however, the opportunities are greater, he said. "Panama has been one of the best performing economies in the region in the last 15 years. This growth was based on three sectors, including financial services.". And he stressed that "Panama must become a capital market hub"..
We have the LATINEX stock exchange and we have seen how this regional leadership has translated into a Honduran company coming to Panama. "It is a very big signal for the whole market. So we have the opportunity to position the country as a hub, not only for logistics and banking, but also for the capital market system, which is what brought us together here today."Schneider concluded.

Second key: ALUTECH's good prospects
Sergi Lucas, CEO of SINGULARhighlighted ALUTECH as "It is an example of a sector that we do not have in Panama, and a company with very interesting economic indicators, expansion, and vision of its leaders. Together with Roberto Brenes, President of SINGULAR, we are happy for the work of having taken the issue to the market with good issuers, which give color, return and strength to the portfolios of our clients".. In addition to emphasizing that in Panama "we have no volatility in our market".
