An investor's blind spot
It is hard to believe that the blind spot can't disappear, and to warn us about this place where "life is defined" in seconds, support technologies have been developed that allow us to straighten up. The blind spot is so imperceptible and instantaneous that its results are surprising and can alter an investment plan, for better or worse.
It is not comparable to a "black swan", but it can appear in the path of investments in a recurring manner. Such as a spontaneous statement by a company director, a central bank chief, a weather event, a natural phenomenon or a turning point that changes the trend of the markets.
Analyze assets
The tools with which assets are analyzed today are infinite; from the classic Japanese candlestick charts, to indicators that measure an overbought or oversold asset, to a robot advisor.
Algorithms try to contradict the "feeling" of traders, a quality or particularity that some agents have, who have the ability to process, with little or a lot of information, their "next move"; to go for their daily margin or one measured over longer periods on their investment positions.
So that at the screen and by own mandate or with third party resources, you go with judgment and arguments that support the investment. And so that when that unexpected detail appears, it can be faced with tactics and tools at hand, such as derivatives, the stop loss (stop losses) or why not, take the profits.
