The largest declines were in Microsoft down 2.83%, Facebook down 2.62% and Google (Alphabet) down 1.96%.

It has been announced that Tesla will enter the S&P 500 on December 21 and that has given it wings, taking the company to a new all-time high, which it left Thursday at $ 508.61. In addition, its strong market capitalization close to $465 billion at Friday's close, forces investment funds to weight it and adjust portfolios.
